Stage 1. Understanding Users

First, we talked to many people who use banking apps. We asked them questions and listened to what they said. We learned about their habits, what they like, and what bothers them about current banking apps.

Stage 2. Finding Problems

People often find it hard to use current banking apps. They told us they struggle with confusing menus and worry about how safe their money is online. They also want more options to personalize their banking experience based on their needs.

Stage 3. Coming Up with Solutions

We sat down with our team and thought of ways to solve these problems. We wanted to make the app easier to use and safer. We also wanted to add features that let people customize how they manage their money.

Stage 4. Designing and Testing

Next, we drew sketches of what the app might look like. These sketches helped us plan where things should go on the screen and how they should work together. Then, we made interactive versions of these sketches to see how they would work when people used them. We asked some people to try these versions to get feedback on what worked well and what needed to change.

Stage 5. Making it Look and Feel Right

Finally, we designed how the app should look. We picked colors and fonts that are easy to read and make people feel secure. We made sure everything looked good and worked well on different phones and tablets.

Conclusion

By following these steps—talking to users, solving their problems, testing our ideas, and making everything look right—we created the "Pocket-Friendly Banking Companion." It's now easier to use, safer, and lets people manage their money in a way that fits their needs.
