Stage 1. Usability Evaluation

Started by examining the app's usability through heuristic evaluation, user interviews, and performance data. Found key areas needing improvement like navigation, goal tracking, and social features.

Stage 2. Design Planning

Created a strategy focusing on simplifying user flows, improving goal visualization, and adding new features for community interaction. Developed a roadmap detailing short-term fixes and long-term enhancements for a clear direction.

Stage 3. Prototype Development

  • Wireframing: We redesigned the main screens and how users move through the app based on what we learned in the audit. This made it easier for users to understand and use the app.


  • High-Fidelity Prototyping: Using Figma, we made detailed prototypes that showed how the new designs would look and work. This included making sure the app looked good and was easy to use.
